Exchange and return policy
We accept returns for any reason within seven (07) calendar days after receiving your order and exchanges within 30 days.
- Shipping for the first exchange or return of the purchase is paid for by the brand;
Exchange: the deadline to request an exchange is up to 30 (thirty) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the order. The exchange can be made for any other product or collection, of equivalent or different value, as long as it is available in our stock. Requests received after the 30 (thirty) calendar day period will not be accepted.
Return and refund of the amount: The return request must be made within seven (07) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the merchandise. The return will occur in the same payment method and amount of the order after receipt of the part under specific conditions below. The refund will take place within 15 to 20 business days. Requests received after the deadline will not be accepted .

PRODUCTS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
Labels and seals intact;
Undamaged original packaging or in a plain cardboard box;
The dustbag that accompanies the piece must be returned with the piece;
The pieces cannot be washed or used;
No odors or stains;
No alterations made by the customer (e.g. hem adjustment, etc.);
No grooves or signs of use on the sole, in the case of shoes.
Important: If the returned product does not meet the criteria required for exchange or return mentioned above, the brand is exempt from accepting the return or making the exchange. We may then resend the product to the customer without prior consultation, accompanied by the justification for the reason for refusal.
