Exchange and return policy
We accept returns for any reason within seven (07) calendar days of receiving your order and exchanges within 30 days.
- The freight for the first exchange or return of the purchase is borne by the brand;
Exchange: the deadline for requesting an exchange is up to 30 (thirty) consecutive days, counted from the date of receipt of the order. The exchange can be made for any other product or collection, of equivalent or different value, as long as it is available in our stock. Requests received after the period of 30 (thirty) calendar days will not be accepted.
Return and refund of value: The return request must be made within seven (07) calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the goods. The return will take place in the same method and payment amount of the order. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted .

PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLY UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
Intact labels and seals;
Original packaging undamaged or in plain carton box;
The dustbag that comes with the piece must be returned with the piece;
Parts cannot be washed or worn;
No odors or stains;
No changes made by the customer (eg, hem adjustment, etc.);
No grooves or signs of use on the sole, in the case of shoes.
Important: If the returned product does not meet the criteria necessary for the exchange or return mentioned above, the brand is exempt from accepting the return or making the exchange. We can then resend the product to the customer without prior consultation, accompanied by a justification of the reason for the refusal.
